The school summer holidays are almost here and the National Trust are running a Wild Child competition. It's a great excuse to get out and make the most of the great outdoors.
Children are invited to send in their experience of going wild outdoors.
You can enter with a photo, story, poem, sculpture, collage or drawing, or any way you want to express yourself. Be as wild and creative as you like!
Some ideas to get started:
Build a den or sand sculpture and take a photo. Make a leaf collage.
Write a poem about a scary wood.
Draw the creatures you spot at night.
Get out there, have fun – and inspire others.
If you win you can spend a day you'll never forget as a National Trust Ranger. Find out more here.
